Trip Home

Well the girls and I had a great trip back to Utah and Idaho. We were able to see all my extended family in Utah, for my cousin Aaron's mission farewell and my grandpa's 85th birthday. It was so fun to see everyone!!
Then we headed up to Idaho with my brother's wife Allie and her two kids, Olivia and Austin. We had a great week with lots of cousin fun! It was so nice to have grandparents and aunts and cousins to play with along with a dog and a great backyard. We also got to go jet skiing!! It was so fun to watch the kids interact and play together. Eliza and Austin are at such a fun age, and really enjoyed each other. Thanks Mom and Dad and Aunt Katie for being such great hosts!!
On our way out we also stopped in Boise for a day and night to see Justin's brother Christopher and sister Shannon and their families. It was so great to see them and we wish we had been able to stay longer. (My camera was inaccessible for this leg of the trip:( )

Olivia loves wearing hats, bracelets, shoes, etc....so cute!

Getting ready for a hike with Grandpa.

Grandpa gave Eliza and Austin a couple of his old shirts for jammies, they couldn't wait to put them on.

This is my cousin Ali's little girl Lauren. She and Eliza had a blast playing together. My Aunt Liz took us all to the Bountiful rec center for some fun swimming and sliding.

Fourth of July

We ended up staying in Richmond for the Fourth of July this year because Justin was on call for work. We had a blast! The local botanical gardens had free admission so we started there and then a local park had a huge celebration with a petting zoo, pony rides, skydiving show, etc. all free! Then we had some great friends over for a bbq. It was a fun and busy Fourth of July!

Around the House this Summer

A while ago Eliza started calling grandparents frogs...that will help you understand this video. She is very imaginative.

Bowling

We took Eliza bowling for the first time. It was really fun, although we had to wait a while for her ball to make its way to the pins.

Eliza's Pony Party in the Park

Eliza had a Pony birthday party this year. We had it at the park so mainly we played on the toys, opened presents, and ate cupcakes...everything 3 year olds need for a great time. Thanks to all her friends for coming and to Susan, Justin's Mom, for coming and helping me!!
